Analysis And Study On The Practical Of3D Animation Short Film Creation

With the rapid development of computer and software technique， three-dimensional (3D)animation short film rises gradually, and becomes a new form of art creation. The thesis thatcombined with the author’s personal practice firstly makes a survey and some case analyseson3D animation short film. It extracts the features of3D animation short film are: short,efficient and simple in content, diverse styles, and rich creation types. Secondly, the thesis, onthe basis of combining the difficult points on3D animation short film’s creation with theauthor’s own creation, puts forward “balance” as the creation’s key point; then leads theanalytic methods that take “shadow” as an example into the key point of “balance”. It presentsthe author’s view on3D animation short film creation, makes further generalization on theimage and connotation of “shadow” and further research on the combination and show of“shadow” in3D animation short film. In the end, the thesis concludes and looks forward tothe future of3D animation short film’s development in China.
