Along with the rapid development of computer and Internet information technology revolution unceasingly, the way of language-learning is no longer confined to the content of teaching and reading. Digital way of Chinese teaching and learning has gradually become an important way even being the main way at home and abroad.The computer assisted language learning (CALL) tool is playing an important role in Chinese learning. Based on the diversity of Chinese learning way to consider, we need to strengthen the ability to using multi-media Chinese language learning tools of our students outside the classroom. In order to get the relevant data as a reference and get proper conclusions,we launched a survey about studying of foreign students in Nanchang University.According to the situation of Chinese learning about foreign students in our University, we carried out this survey.It is about the basic information about foreign students’Chinese learning from websites and software.As one kind of study way, there is also a lack of theoretical basis, therefore we found that some problems. On the use of computer assisted Chinese language learning tools there are still some lack of hardware and the misconceptions in understanding about it. Of course, as a new language learning assistant tool,CALL is taking advantage of computer and information technology rapid development and revolution to build a new roads and platform for Chinese learning.As it create a new language learning environment,it must has a great development prospects in the future.
