Exploration And Countermeasures Of Resource Integration Strategy In The Operation Of The Stage Play

In recent years, as China’s market economic system continuously improved, the cultural system reform has also been p romoted and deepened. A large number of traditional cultural and artistic institutions are not only facing all sorts of contradictions and difficulties, but also experiencing the unprecedented development opportunity brought by the reform. At present many cultural and artistic institutions’operation of stage play changes with subtlety. In order to resolve the problems of project’s planning, financing, creating, marketing,"resources integration" strategy are frequently used. This paper tries to extract the concept and types of the "resources integration" strategy from the current "news" operation of some domestic stage plays. Combined with several project implemented by the Hangzhou Radio and TV Group(HRTP) in recent years, it will verify and evaluate the practical effect of the integrated model one by one, and then analyze the advantage and the risk during the process of the art resource integration. At last the paper will put forward some countermeasures and constructive suggestions for the stage play operation under the background of the cultural system reform.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. The first and second chapter are case analysis, taking the examples of several stage plays during2007-2013operated by HRTP to analyze the gain and loss of "resource integration" strategy by the step of planning, creating,financing, and marketing. The third chapter puts forward some development countermeasures and suggestions according to the risks and benefits of resource integration. The last part is the conclusion.
