The human life consists of the process of life and deaths, everyone begins with births and ends in deaths. Therefore, the understanding of life includs the cognition of birth and the awareness of death. Awareness of life in the behavior of individual-oriented role, which runs through all the activities and behavior of the individual, determines the quality and the direction of the individual life. In essence, the perception of life is the gradual evolving and deppening psychological quality which is growing with age, it follows a process which goes easy-to-digest.It can be divided into three branches depending on "knowledge","emotion","meaning", according to the definition and the basic characteristics of "the life cognition":"knowledge" is the emphasis on the individual views on life processes and phenomena of death;"emotion" focus on the experience and feelings on life processes and phenomena of death;"meaning" individually refers to the exploration and comprehensive of the value of life and its meaning. In Western psychology, Piaget early concerns about the life cognition, and he discusses the concept of developmental stage of children’s lives in the stages of cognitive development theory. Since then, many Western scholars have research on the meaning of life through empirical research. Domestic psychologists start later with cognitive life. However, as for the cognition of life and the understanding of death for the preprimary school(infant), as well as the research on life cognition investigated in college students, the researches study relatively more times.Attachment (attachment) generally refers to the lasting emotional connection from the individual to a particular individual (or group). Attachment is the most important social relationships in early childhood life, as well as the starting point of the social development of children, of which the psychologists have been concerned for a long time.In this study, it is sumed up according to the attachment theory, the attachment research situation and the attachment research methods. The purpose of this study is to explore the cognitive characteristics of young people’s life,and explore the relationship between life cognition and attachment combined with intimate relationships experience questionnaire.This study adopts questionnaire method, by which regard the Life Attitude Profile (LAP) and intimacy Experience Scale (ECR) questionnaire as a research tool. Life Attitude Profile is drawnup by Yingqi He according to Frankl’s the core proposition and concepts compiled in Logotherapy theory. The scale consists of39questions, which relates to the significance of the will, the existence of filling, life purpose, life control,suffering acceptance and death acceptance. The intimacy experience scale contains36questions, in which the participitants can be divided into attachment avoidance dimension and attachment anxiety dimension, that is four attachment styles: security, fear, fascination and indifference. This study used the entire group random sampling method to500middle school students and high school students of Shangqiu and Nanyang in Henan province respectively, giving consideration to both men and women, grade, household registration, one-child or not, single-parent or not and other factors. The study results are as follows:1、 On the whole, the life cognitive development of young people is in a medium level. They are in the medium level on the significance of the will, the life purpose, life control and suffering acceptance, but the young people is in the low level on the existence of filling and death acceptance.2、The young people of different genders has no significant differences in the significance of the will, the existence of filling, life control,suffering acceptance and death acceptance. However, gender differences exist in terms of the purpose of life, in which boys scored higher than girls; the only child has no significance differences in other dimensions,excepting for the life purpose dimension, and the only child scored higher than the non-only child; grades has a significant differences in the significane of the will, the existence of filling and death acceptance rather than in other dimensions.3-. From the analysis of attachment type, the security has a big proportion of the four distributions in this study,and that is41.6%, the fascination type accounted for22%, the fear type accounted for26.8%and the indifference type accounted for12.3%. Besides, girls’scores were significantly higher than boys’on attachment anxiety,but there was no difference between men and women on attachment aviodance.4、The young people of different attachment types has significance differences in the exsitence of filling death acceptance and life purpose. Incorporate is:the young people of security type is apparently higher than those of indifference type in the significance of the will and life control; the young people of security type and indifference type scored significantly lower than those of fear type and fascination type in the existence of filling; the young people of security type scored significantly higher than those of the fear type, fascination type and indifference type in life purpose. It is said that the young people of the security type is significantly superior to those of other three types in seeking for the meaning of life,establishing a clear life goals and life control; the young people of secruity type and indifference type experience less frustration compared to those of fascination type and fear type, however,the young people of fascinationg type and fear type is below in fear and anxiety to death than those of the security type and indifference type in death acceptance.5、There is a strong negative correlation between the existence of filling and the attachmeng avoidance, and there is a strong positive correlation between the existence of filling and the anxiety; there is a significant positive correlation between life purpose and avoidance dimension.
