Chen Yi is a famous world-renowned Chinese female composers with numbersof international level composers sector Honor, whose works are well received by themusic industry at home and abroad. The biggest feature is the organic integration ofChinese folk music and modern Western music, which forms the distinctivecharacteristics and unique charm nationalization creative style.The nationalization creative style and features of Chen Yi’s music works is thetheme of this paper. The paper begins with a brief biography of Chen Yi, especiallyChen Yi’s growth in the course of the music education. Chen Yi’s rich and complexexperience provides an endless supply of inspiration and material for the creation ofher music. On this basis, the paper summarizes the major creative works, the awardsand achievements of Chen Yi.Next, the article illustrates the aesthetics of Chen Yi’s nationalizationcomposition. The typical characteristics which is called "East meets West" in ChenYi’s musical works, is the organic use of the "conflict" and "unification" in theChinese and Western musical elements and the perfect fusion of "Traditional" and"modern" music style, to achieve a high degree of unity of content and form of themusic creation. Chen Yi’s unique creative aesthetic, is the outward manifestation ofher life experience and the inner world.Then, based on the harmony theory, by the example of two masterpieces, thispaper analyzes the characteristics of Chen Yi’s creative style. Finally, the paperdescribed the inspiration of Chen Yi’s music creation style. First of all, the soul of thenationalization music creation is to adhere to the fundamental of folk music, andbelieves that the National is the international. Secondly, the nationalization musiccreation techniques is not a simple superposition, but to show the connotation of folkmusic, through the techniques of modern music. Finally, the highest state ofnationalization music creation is the organic unity of tone and heart, form and content.
