Social justice is the ancient and new topic, numbers of scholars have lots ofdiscussions in the area of philosophy, economics, ethics, law. This paper try to studythe perceived of social justice from the Chinese university students, which in theenvironment of Chinese culture and institution include the Individual PsychologicalStructure and the Status. The specific process of the study as follow:The first, to hand out the theoretical supposition: I will sort out the theoreticalstructure of Social justice through the search and read the books and interview theexpert.Second, explore the psychological dimension of the Social justice fromuniversity students: There are two ways to explore the psychological dimension ofuniversity students’ social justice which use the exploratory factor analysis statisticalmethod, one is the ways from top to bottom, another is through the vocabularyassociation and rating.Third, prepare the questionnaire of the perceived of social justice which aimed atthe university students: I will base on the second steps and prepare the questionnaire,after testing, I will make the formal questionnaire through screening and cut.The last, testing the questionnaire: to insure the reliability of questionnaire byexamining the reliability and validity of questionnaire. in the meantime, to explore thedifference of population statistics, and current situation of the perceived of socialjustice of testing object, and research the relationship between the perceived ofstudents’ social justice and the negative social news.This research will be issued1500questionnaires by4separate times, and return1375effective questionnaires. The concludes as follows:1. In the culture and social institute of the our country, Chinese universitystudents know6dimensions of social justice, which are distributive justice,procedural justice, opportunity justice, interactional justice, interest justice, weekjustice.2. This research has the good reliability and validity, but still lacking in thereliability of the distributive justice and the week justice. 3. The formal testing says that, in addition to the week justice, the otherdimensions’ average of the students’ social justice is lower than midpoint score, itmeans the student’s perceived of social justice is on the low side.4. There is difference between female and male in the university students’perceived of social justice, female is remarkable lower than male in the proceduraljustice, opportunity justice and in whole.5. Every dimension and total point is no difference in different grade.6. There are remarkable difference in the opportunity justice, procedural justice,week justice, interactional justice and total points. The form13shows that in theopportunity justice, week justice, international justice and the total points, the score ofclass university in science and engineering is the lowest; and in the procedural justice,the social sciences university is the lowest.7. The study finds that there is no significant difference of Students’ Socialjustice in native place.8. As a whole, subjects group which is inclined to accept the negative socialnews has a lower perceived of social justice on equal opportunities.
