Based on the reference and survey of predecessors’ research, this article discusses the features and inner differences of Zhalute Mongolian pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary. There are five parts in this paper in total. The introduction part presents the purpose, significance, contents, methods and research situation of foreign experts. The first part is about social and historical background of Zhalute culture, including how Zhalute Banner came into being, its development and the influences of language and communication. The second part introduces the features of pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary in Zhalute spoken language by comparing written language, dialect and local colloquial expressions. The third part studies the current situation how Mongolian language is used at home, in social or official occasions, schools etc. It also discusses the aesthetic attitude of learning Mongolian. The forth part is about the influences of culture infiltration and language exposure. By using the Dialect Geography Research Method, a Zhalute Spoken Dialect Map is drawn in the fifth part, so that to present the inner differences of Zhalute language with more details and accuracy.
