Animation industry is another big economic growth point after the ITindustry. animation products and its derivatives, for its great value andrapid development speed, has been widespread concerned by coun tries allover the world. Compared with the developed countries and regions,China’s animation industry has the very big disparity.Jiangxi animation art started late, undeveloped, and its development isrelatively slow. But recently years, with the rapid development of economyin Jiangxi province and the oretical support of local governmentpolicy.Jiangxi animation industry has been booming. But how to plan theanimation industry as a whole, form Jiangxi characteristic, let the animationindustry become a new economic growth point, is still a worthy researchtopic.This paper were based on the current situation of the development ofthe animation industry in Jiangxi province, combining Jiangxi localcharacteristics.
