The Measures In The Cultural Construction Of The Socialist Transition Period

At present, China is in the period of economic development and the majoradjustments of structure. With the further deepening of reform and opening up and therapid development of the economy, some social problems have gradually emerged; Forexample, moral decline, the widening of the gap between the rich and the poor, as well aschanges of minds in social members and other factors of disharmony which also reflectsin all areas of society causing worry and confusion on the driving force of our socialistculture.The purpose of this paper is to grasp the development orientation of Chinese culturalduring this particular historical period of social transformation, to study how to makefurther effort to promote the construction of socialist advanced culture, to promote thehealthy and rapid development of the construction of socialist culture, and ultimately toachieve the strategic goals of the cultural power.This thesis consists of three parts. The prominent argumentof the logical relationship between the cultural construction and social development inthis historical period is the base portion of the article.The second part is the Constraints of cultural construction during the period oftransition。First of all, it summarize the restricting domestic factors, Pointing out that thecultural construction of the major dilemmas in the current situation and have a detailedsummary of these factors in order to find better ways and means to solve these problems.Second, it seizes the influence of foreign cultural development on the Chinese culturalconstruction. The third part is concreted measures and countermeasures of the development ofsocialist culture. This part of the article is not only the main points, but also the mainobject of study of this paper. This section through the first two chapters of exposition andanalysis, proposing specific measures in the cultural construction of the socialisttransition period, dedicating their wisdom for the development of socialist culture and theGreat Leap Forward with the globalization of the world.
