Tang Dynasty Poet Of The Jingzhou Complex

Jingzhou lies on the middle reaches of Yangtze River that conjugates the throat of the Yangtze River. And it has unparallel geographical advantage that can reach bashu upstream and arrive in Wuyue down toward the Yangtze River, which was the hotly contesting spot since the ancient times, and it’s also the capital of Chu in the pre-qin dynasty. Nevertheless, they had diverse incomparable emotion to Jingzhou in their deep mind because of their own different background and suffer:Some were glad, some were pessimistic, and some were frustrated yet some others were lonely and from which had produced gorgeous poems about Jingzhou out of their unique feeling.These poems combined with the ancient sites, historical person and literary anecdotes of Jingzhou in different degree which also expressed the century-old history and profoundly cultural deposits and embodied various Jingzhou in common people’s mind. What’s more, we can find the influences of the currant natural geography environment and the historical culture toward the poets. We can feel its charming form these age-old poems in very close range via these poems and which also offer precious materials to the researchers of the historical culture about Jingzhou.
