Uchimura Kanzo was the famous Christian guidance and pacifist in Japanesemodern history. His peace idea was consisted of two parts, including the externalPeace Theory and the internal National Theory.Since the middle of20thcentury, theTheory of Constructivism has been very popular in the world. The Peace Theoryoriginated from Civilization War Theory; then went through the Absolute Non-WarTheory; ultimately it became the unrealistic Christian Adventist Peace Theory. Hisexternal Peace Theory can be concluded as Christian faith, and his internal NationalTheory was based on the Christian spirit. The national principle advocated smallcountry physiocracy. When it comes to the attitude towards his own country, his ideashowed pure non-political patriotism. As for the social revelation, it showed theimportance of Christian faith and the national spirit. Uchimura Kanzo tried tocombine non-political patriotism and the concept of world peace, which played animportant role in the history of Japanese or even the world peace idea.
