Since Mack and Rock found the inattentional blindness phenomenon in1998, itaroused the concern of the majority of psychologists and conducted extensiveresearch. When the observers focus attention on a particular object or task, they oftencannot perceive different, significant objects. Then the Inattentional Blindness (IB)occurs. There a mass of previous studies concerning IB from all angles, but fewinvestigate the interaction effect between inattentional blindness and other factors. Onthe basis of previous studies, we combine the eye movement technology andinattentional blindness paradigm for further study. In experiment1, we use thetraditional study to inspect whether the type and size of unexpected stimulus willinfluence inattentional blindness or not, found that compare with1°viewing angle, there is more prone to inattentional blindness when unexpected stimulation is0.6°viewing angle; In experiment2we use the eye-tracker to record the eye-movement,found that it is easier to be aware when the face as unexpected stimulus. Also foundthere is no difference in the type of eye movement, whether the unexpected stimulusis object or face, suggesting that face recognition may be captured by the "implicit"attention.
