The cooperation in social dilemma is more and more concerned, such as charity donations, freeblood donation, poverty alleviation, etc., especially on the collective interests of maximized orhelp others out of the woods through most people’s cooperation. The essence of social dilemmalies in the individual and collective interests conflict, the cooperation is a manifestation of thecollective interests. Moral, also as a manifestation of altruistic, is to sacrifice personal interests tomake a choice from the point of view of the collective interests. Extensive previous researchesindicate that social value orientation, sanction, and feedback have an impact on the cooperation insocial dilemma. There is less research indicates effects of moral identity and the cooperation insocial dilemma. Based on the theory of social identity, the present study is to explore the relationof moral identity, identity salience and cooperation by moral prime and “Removing the Sanction”paradigm, focuses on the interactive influence of moral identity and identity salience in socialdilemma. This study consists of three parts. Study1explores moral prime on different moralidentity’ cooperation in social dilemma, from the perspective of social cognitive. Study2investigates different moral identity and the function of salient identity on cooperation in socialdilemma. Study3is to explore the relation of moral prime, moral identity, identity salience andcooperation in social dilemma.The results as follows:(1) There are significant differences between the higher moral identity group and the lowermoral identity ones. Compare with lower moral identity group, the higher moral identitygroup have higher cooperation in social dilemma.(2) Moral prime promotes moral identity current accessibility, increases different moralidentity’s cooperation. Compare with higher moral identity group, the lower moralidentity group have higher enhance cooperation in social dilemma. Moral identity has partial mediation the effect of moral prime on cooperation in social dilemma.(3) Identity salient increases cooperation in social dilemma. Whether salient noncooperator orsalient cooperator is made salient, it can increase cooperation in social dilemma.(4) The function of salient noncooperator and salient cooperator to different moral identity aredifferent. Compare with lower moral identity group, salient cooperator can effectivelyincrease higher moral identity group’ cooperation in social dilemma. Compare with highermoral identity group, salient noncooperator can significantly affect lower moral identitygroup’ cooperation in social dilemma.(5) In social dilemma, the higher moral identity group tend to pay more attention to collectiveinterests, and tend to make donations in the salient noncooperator condition; The lowermoral identity group tend to pay more attention to personal interests, and tend to makedonations in the salient cooperator condition.(6) Before identity salient, moral prime increases different moral identity’s cooperation. Thereare significantly interactive influence between moral prime, moral identity and identitysalience in social dilemma.(7) Compare with identity salient, moral prime can significantly affect different moralidentity’ cooperation change, and has a significant impact on promoting people createmore cooperation.
