Attention Bias Modification Mechanism Research Of High Trait Anxiety Group

With the deepening of the attention bias research, scholars began to explore reasons ofattention bias mechanism in anxiety individuals. They found that anxiety groups had beentrained to focus on the positive stimulus to reduce the attention bias, which in turn will reduceanxiety. The effect to support such a hypothesis that attention bias is one of the factorsaffecting anxious to maintain. Then we can reduce their anxiety by the individual’s attentionbias correction training. For attention bias correction,it is very important.to clarify the insidemechanism.According to attention control model, we think the anxiety individual attention tonegative information due to attention control damaged or its failure of launch.Then we canreduce the attention bias level by improving individual control ability, which can reduce thelevel of anxiety in the individuals. According valence specific model, however, we believethat the attention bias is due to the valence evaluation system. At the same time, a lot ofresearch suggestion amygdala involved detection mechanism of negative information. Andthere is one certain relations between DLPFC、 attention control ability and the amygdala.Therefore, we need to investigate nature of anxiety individual attention bias correctionmechanism through direct experimental operation.Using Spielerger making trait anxiety questionnaire, we investigated of500collegestudents, selected60students (including low trait anxiety individuals20, high trait anxietyindividuals40) to participate in the experimental study.we are discussed the nature of theanxious individual attention bias correction mechanism through three experimentalresearch.In study1, we looked at high and low trait anxiety individual’s the characteristics ofattention bias and attention controlling ability using the emotion Stroop paradigm.In study2,we carry out attention bias correction training for high trait anxiety individual using themodified point detection paradigm o,and detect training effect of inhibition ability by theemotion Stroop task. In study3, we explore valence evaluation system after the change ofindividual control in inhibition adopting the affective priming task.The results showed that:(1) there are some differences in attention bias between high trait anxiety individual and low trait anxiety individual,at the same time,also in ability toattention controlling.(2) high trait anxiety individual’s attention bias had been rectified aftertraining,and attention to controlling ability improved, which suggests that attention biascorrection mechanism involves attention control ability to participate.(3) high trait anxietyindividuals ‘the reaction time shortened in the condition of positive and negative start afterattention bias correction training, attention control ability improved.It shows that there is acertain relationship between control and valence evaluation, at the same time, and attentionbias correction mechanism involving the titer evaluation system.Above studies show that high trait attention bias correction mechanism in anxietyindividuals involves attention control and valence evaluation.
