The Traditional Chinese Painting has a mature history in China as earlier as in theWei and Jin Dynasties. It flourished in the Tang and Song Dynasties, especially in theSong Dynasty when it was being advocated by Song Huizong, the imperial paintingacademy. The painting has been an unprecedented prosperity hitherto unknown limitationsof the impact to the Ming and Qing Dynasties by its own development. Decline, Until the85fashion, the use of texture techniques involved in traditional Chinese painting, theChinese painting more diverse forms, which have brought new life to the painting. Thispaper on the texture techniques in the meticulous flowers and birds painting, aesthetic,artistic conception is produced by a special research. The paper is divided into three parts.The first part introduce the texture, the factors influencing development as well as the valuein the art of painting. The texture in the picture is discussed in detail. The second part, theconcrete analysis of texture special techniques in application of contemporary finebrushwork, such as water method, rubbing method, salt, and water, spray dyeing, washing,and so on, and carries out analysis and Research on the use of texture technique withpainting. The third part, expounds the style and the aesthetic demand of texture techniques,as well as the important role of constructing to meet the multiple needs of the people ofmodern time.
