The Textual Research Of The Yuefu Guci Titles

Yuefu, as a government office in the Han Dynasty, was responsiblefor collecting folk songs and ballads; such folk songs and ballads were written withmusic. So the later generations name the fold songs and ballads that collected bygovernment “Yuefu” as Yuefu.It was called “Geshi” in Han dynasty, and then called “Yuefu” in Wei and Jindynasty. However the name “Guci” firstly appeared in “Song Shu”, and then in“Yue Zhi” and “Yuefu”Guci ancient poem is classified as Han Yuefu ancient poem and Yuefu ancientpoem that played in Wei and Jin dynasty. Among all kinds of ancient records, mostfamous Yuefu ancient poems have been handed down differently amounts to60.The annotation of books and description in Tang and Song dynasty isdifferently handed down not only in words and sentences but also in the poemname.This paper aims to research the name of Yuefu ancient poem through thediscussion of the origination of the poem name, the formation of poem name, therelationship between poem name and theme, the reason of the change of the nameafter the dynasty, and the analysis of the concrete conditions etc. conclude theformation and situation of the Yuefu Ancient poemIn the second part this paper clearly defines the research objects Yuefu ancientpoem, expounds the science significance, and defines the article and then describesthe research technique and procedure of this paper.There are six parts in the main article as following: XIANGHE GECI, ZAQUGECI, ZAGE YAOCI, XIN YUEFUCI, HANRAOGE, Han Jiaosi songs. All partshave been analyzed and demonstrated in the paper.The conclusion is mainly to conclude the formation and situation of the YuefuAncient poem, and then the trend and characteristic of the Yuefu Ancient poem.
