A Study Of Allusions’ Origin And Evolution From Strategies Of The Warring States

Abstract:Strategies of the Warring States is a history book of high achievement, and has great influence. Thus it plays an important role in literature world and in historian circle. There are lots of vivid stories and philosophical sentences in this book, these stories and sentences become allusions gradually. By searching some relevant documents, this article makes a general statement about Strategies of the Warring States and allusions. Then we collected the allusions which from the history book and classified them into three categories, and these three categories can be divided into ten classes. Hunan province is located in Chu during the warring states period, so we choose the allusions of Chu as the research object, and survey the usage of these allusions in every dynasties by Hanji Full Text Retrieval System. At the same time, we provide some examples to add the allusions of Chu of The Great Chinese Dictionary in this paper.
