Speech Act Of Court Litigation Document

Based on the theory of pragmatics, this thesis analyzes speech act of court litigation document by using the theory of speech act and discourse analysis. Basic features and characteristics about speech act of court litigation document are also clarified in this thesis; Combined deep analysis of typical court litigation document text, in the since of lengthways and transverse, this thesis discusses composite pattern of speech act and distribution characteristics of internal speech act in the court litigation document as well as its polymerization characteristics and pragmatic function; It mainly shows that, in the speech act carried by these structural elements of court litigation document, markup language, markup auxiliary language, awaken language, implementation language, behavior auxiliary language, express language, and auxiliary express language all together consists of the speech act system of the whole court litigation document. It also points out that the type and strength of performative act expressed by implementation language of court litigation document are important basis to judge the record type difference of court litigation document and whether it can fully realize intension of writing; In the court litigation document, behavior language distribution and enforcement features are important basis to judge whether specific discourse style is normative, rigorous and correct and whether effect of expression is fully reflected.
