With the rapid development of tourism, tourism commodities also occupy more and more proportions in economic development. Owning to the late begining of tourism cultural gif in Hunan, various tourism products on the market now lack of cultural meaning and artistic value. Therefore, it is necessary to design packages for Hunan tourism cultural gifts.Nowadays problems still exsit in Hunan tourism gift industry, such as ignoring elegant packing and limited Hunan regional characteristics in package design. It is urgent to improve package design level of tourism cultural gift in Hunan. This paper analyses existent problems in Hunan tourism cultural gift package and puts forward to improve package design level by establishing brand images and designing Hunan regional characteristic packages. It analyses the case of Xiaoxiang Impression specifically, encouraging to represent Hunan regional characteristics and establish a brand image of Hunan tourism cultural gift through sign, auxiliary graph, color, shape and so on.
