In the western painting of twentieth century, a group of painters who were called‘Fauvism’ behaved actively. As the starting point of fauvism painting, Van Gogh, Cezanneand Gauguin etc, the post-impressionism, influenced them to some degree. Meanwhile, it’salso a rebel against impressionist and post-impressionist painting as the fauvism refused toresemble nature. Though their creation objects are based on objective things, they want toliberate nature, to subordinate nature as the objective things, to the needs of painting as thesubjective ones. First leader among the fauvism painters is Henri Matisse. His paintings donot please the sophisticated imitation, but to enhance people’s minds with great views; not towin the appreciation of deceiving the superficial sense of the audience, but in order tostimulate the imagination of people get comfort.
