Scientific and technology is a double-edged sword. Scientific and technology not only promote the continuous progress of human society, but also bring bad influence to human society, even cause the human disaster. So people call in questions about the scientific research system and moral questions of scientific research personnel. Therefore, in the field of scientific research, the moral responsibility of scientific researcher become an issue which concerned by the global scientific community.With regard to perspective of the public nature of morality, this paper made the analysis which concerning the moral responsibility of researchers. The social effect which generated by research and researchers is unmatched by other social subjects, for the reason, the ethical requirements for researchers need to make a corresponding increase. In the public nature of the moral, researchers need to possess three aspects of moral requirements:justice, credibility, fairness. At the same time, this paper analysis the anomie which generated by research activities at home and abroad by category. The anomie which generated by research activities embodied in the following three aspects:the monopoly of academic, the fraud of academic, the indiscriminate use and misuse of research.To the purpose of avoiding the anomie which generated by research activities, taking into account the requirement of scientific researchers which generated by public nature of morality, this paper made three recommendations:first, as a social citizen, researchers should develop corresponding public morality; second, as a special occupational groups, researchers should bear the professional ethics; finally, in the public sphere, public opinion should make supervision and restraint to the moral responsibility of Researchers By increasing the moral responsibility and conscious of researchers, moral accountability mechanisms of researchers which is perfect and effect can be established. The older of research activities can be defended, science and technology can be developed effectively and legitimately. |
