Confucian culture for a long time in the history of influence people’s way of thinking and behavior, its advocates "with righteousness and gets along with people, which is beneficial to the harmonious development of society" ideas for the development of the society plays a vital role. Our country’s food safety problems occur frequently in recent years, serious harm the physical and mental health of consumers and the serious negative impact on society. The cause of food safety problem is part of the food industry practitioners and mercenaries, enterprise in the business process the hiatus, unable to bear desire in front of the material interest.Confucianism advocated the concept of Righteousness"moral principles","in the face of material benefits to consider moral principle","gain material benefits under moral principle" thought; Advocating the concept of good faith"real don’t cheat","credible","seriously do things careful to speak"; To advocate the concept of reasonable "reasonableness material desires","advocating moral principles, but does not exclude the desire for material needs,""moral principles divert material desires" thinking. These ideas for today’s food industry in our society has been exposed repeatedly in terms of quality and safety incidents, has an important inspiration and positive value.
