Drucker (1909-2005)known as the "father of modern management" is an important pioneerof management discipline. He is an ideologist who is respected in the field of management. Hespent his life exploring the balance between continuity and change. In his complex ideologicalsystem, innovation is the core and soul. This paper discusses the innovative thoughts of Druckerfrom the perspective of culture. By constructing the system of innovation theory, the paper usesvalues and idea to guide entrepreneurs to make active innovation and contribute to thedevelopment of our society. This paper mainly includes the following contents:The first part (the first chapter) of the paper has analyzed the background of Drucker’sinnovation culture. In Twentieth Century50years to80years, when the European economicdevelopment lagged behind, American showed a phenomenon that the employment was flourish.Drucker developed Joseph Alois Schumpeter’s innovation theory to explain that phenomenon: inthe process of economic development, innovation was important means to maintain the balanceof social change and development. The paper gave the concept of innovation a definition:innovation tries to change the output of resources including material, knowledge and otherresources, and the goal is to create value for society.In the second part (second_four chapter), the paper has analyzed the main content ofDrucker’s innovative thoughts. It includes three aspects, they are the organizational innovation,market innovation and entrepreneurial innovation.From the analysis of the innovation carrier, the organizational innovation includes theinnovation of the knowledge society and the innovation of the future society. In the knowledgesociety organization, organizations organized in the flexible forms and efficient team work. Inorganization of the future society, the structures of organization are beyond the pure personalorganization in the industry. Moreover, cross-industry and cross-department system become theneeds of the development of organization. Organizational innovation needs to establish theindependent innovative mechanism, plan for the future capital, establish top management team and establish the innovation evaluation system.From the analysis of the object of innovation, the thoughts of market innovation includesinnovation of products and customers. Products’ innovation can complete with creatingtechnology, changing concept, modifying the products and finding new uses for folding products.Customers’ innovation needs to be market-oriented and subvert customers’ expectations to meettheir demands. Market innovation needs to give up the old things properly and establish a marketvision.From the analysis of the main body of innovation, in entrepreneurs’ idea of culturalinnovation, entrepreneurs are the main body of innovation and innovation is a sign ofentrepreneurship.There are purposes in the practice of entrepreneur’s innovation. They look foropportunities for innovation from the event, procedure and structure, population, cognitive andthe change of new knowledge. According to the innovation activities, Entrepreneurs take controlof the target in competitive strategy,or select the strategy which is keep away from thecompetitive challenges.In the third part (the fifth chapter), the paper has analyzed the enlightenment of Drucker’scultural thoughts of innovation. Drucker’s cultural thoughts of innovation has profound practicalsignificance: innovation is to put the idea into practice. Effective innovation can be learnedthrough practice. Based on analysing the construction of Haier enterprise’s innovation of culture,the paper confirmed that Drucker’ innovative culture had practicality and maneuverability inChina. At the same time, some inspiration for the construction of enterprise’ cultural innovationin China can be gotten. The first one is to create innovative atmosphere.The second is to create alearning organization. The third is to give full play to the roleof entrepreneurs.The fourth is toconstruct the integral system.
