Bodhisattva Theory，is the important part of the Buddhism theory. It belongs to world method (Samvrti-Satya). It is the theory of transgression. The nature of Bodhisattva Thoery is to carry out the spirit of mahayana’s bodhisattva path to the world. Then,the paper discusses “Life Buddhism” thought, it overcomes the distorted views isChinese Buddhist’s later and decadent stage, so claims that don’t pay attention todeath but rebirth, pay attention to ghost but people, that is life and Buddha. The thirddiscusses “Humanistic Buddhism” thought, it overcomes the distorted views is to thehuman world’s position, status and siginificance in the six realms. People in the sixrealms is in the middle, above there is heaven, down there is hell, a hungry ghost andanimal. If pay attention to ghost and animal, is close to the ghost denomination. It payattention to heaven, is close to the God denomination. So it should be god and eternallife. Therefore, highlight the status of the world, the real Buddhism is the humanworld, only human Buddhism can show the real meaning of the Buddha dharma.In aword, Tai-xu’s Bodhisattva Theory thought especially sparkplug to do the go into the society career by the go out the society heart, pay close attention to the reality life,lay emphasis on the improvement of individual moral quality and the purification ofthe society. Tai-xu called on us study and practice mahayana bodhisattva line dailylife, conscious awareness, practice of the lay people, self-interest and Good forothers, is beneficial to self and others, walk the path of the Buddha’s way. he thoughtonly in this way of life, is life on earth. Yin-shun thought “Humanistic Buddhism” isthe core of the whole Buddha dharma. The core of this thesis, is “Human, Bodhisattva,Buddha”------study bodhisattva activities from man and mind, become Buddha bystudying bodhisattva activities. Tai-xu’s thought has overcoming material desire andvulgar outlook on life function. The theory opposes vulgarizing the Bodhisattva Path.It dignified avidya and impulsion world to the Buddhist pure land. Also against theview of life that is lack of highly value criterion and bend to the personal interests isdressed as a wise realm. This is the characteristic of the vulgar view of life.
