Jin-Merchant Teleplay, as an essential ingredient of soft power of culturalindustry in Shanxi, has been increasingly appreciated by the government andscholars in recent years. Now, some local entrepreneurs have been involved inthe film and television preparation, and they provide Jin-Merchant Teleplaywith a lot of financial and material support. It is very joyful and moving thatthere are so many people in support of the Jin-Merchant Teleplay. So thepropect of Jin-Merchant Teleplay is very well. As is well-known that someteleplays are making continuously, such as YiNuoQianJin,LiJiaDaYuan and soon. The seminar about FengYuRiShengChang was discussed in Shanxi lately,which reflects the rise and decline of Jin-Merchant. Since the writing ofJin-Merchant Teleplay is accelerating, the related theory literature must befirmly lay the foundation. Only the scientific theoty can we make theJin-Merchant Teleplay keep writing clearly and keep normal development trackin the future. Many people are not familiar with Shani regional cultural featuresbecause of the differeces of region and culture. In order to make Shanxiunderstanded by people roundly, this paper analyzes the cultural phenomenaand cultural characteristics of Jin-Merchant Teleplay. But there are also muchshortage in the writing of Jin-Merchant Teleplay at the same time, such as thelimited subject, the obvious typed characters, the stereotyped writingtechnique and so on, which is discussed in this paper. Summarizing thesuccesses and shortages of Jin-Merchant Teleplay creation could offer acomplete theory knowledge and document resources.In order to explore the gain and loss of writing and the direction ofdevelopment in the wider social background, this paper probes into regionalculture of Jin-Merchant Teleplay by making use of many subjects, such as arttheory、aesthetic、literature、communication、folklore、filmology、culturology.
