Research On The Dilemma And Outlet Of Fujian Public Culture’s Development

Since the Reform and Opening up, China’s cultural construction has achieved great development, further enriched by increasingly diversifying the forms, but the development of public cultural undertakings is relatively slow. Public cultural supply mechanism is not perfect, and the supply is insufficient. There are many problems about the development of public cultural undertakings itself, such as the extremely unbalanced developments between urban and rural culture, weak infrastructure, lacking of civic participation awareness. These all restrict the development of the whole culture, which is important to the process of building a moderately prosperous society. As the government plays a leading role in the construction of public cultural undertakings, we had to take the government supple as a breakthrough, seeking to develop an effective way of public cultural undertakings. This has both theoretical guiding significance and important practical significance. For the development of public cultural undertakings, this thesis mainly uses the New Public Service theory as its theoretical guidance to analyze the status of the development of public cultural undertakings, the exiting problems, and points out the different cultural career development paths to choose. By analyzing the system and mechanism of public cultural development, the thesis clearly points out the problems that Fujian public culture facing, puts forward the basic ideas and measures to solve the problems. The basic idea is to look for the subjects who can supple public cultural products, and make sure their responsibilities in constructing public culture under the perspective of the New Public Service theory.
