Prosocial behavior as a positive social behavior, has been a noble acts which ispromoted by the cultural traditions and social culture. In today’s complex socialenvironment, to further explore the performance of the prosocial behavior and itsinfluencing factors,in promoting academic enrichment and social progress,have apositive effect.In this study, Jilin University College students were tested, there were twostudies. The first study explores the impact of the type of values and psychologicalcost on prosocial behavior intentions. The entire study is designed in the form of2×2mixed experimental design,with the type of values as sample variables and prosocialbehavior psychological cost as subject variable. the study takes prosocial behaviorintention lever as the dependent variable. The second study focus on prosocialbehavior from the prosocial behavior attention in the first study. And because in thereal scene, individual need to make real decisions about prosocial behavior, so theirvalues will be the individual guide of behavior, then the individual values should becalled the individual values orientation. In the first study, we found that emotionshad a certain influence on prosocial behavior. Therefore, in second study, we addemotional factors, and explore the impact of the value orientation、psychological costand emotion on prosocial behavior. The second study is designed as2×2×2betweensubjects design, with values orientation、psychological cost and emotion as theindependent variable, the study takes prosocial behavior lever as the dependentvariableThe results reveal that the first study show significant main effects in the typeof values and psychological cost, and significant interaction between them. Thesecond study reveals the significant main effects in the type of values、psychologicalcost and emotion.The interaction between the type of values、psychology cost andemotion is significant in prosocial behavior. Research results are consistent with theexperimental hypothesis finally In conclusion, this paper distinguishes the different effects and reveals theconnection between prosocial behavior attention and prosocial behavior through twostudies. This research method provides a new perspective to understand collegestudents’ prosocial behavior in multi-level and provides certain basis for the theoryand empirical study of prosocial behavior.
