Comparative Research Of Phonology On Hongwu Zhengyun And Guangyun

This article is based on Cai Mengqi’s Guangyun Jiaoshi and Hongwu Zhengyun copied by Liu yijie in Ming dynasty.In order to take two rhyming dictionary for comparison,we have appropriately reference to other versions.At the same time, based on the need of paper,we use the computer to make them into a digital text and corresponding database. Using the database results can be relatively easily and quickly to get a systematically comparative study of the phonetic system of the two dictionary.Through the analysis,the conclusions are as follows:although these two rhyming dictionaries were repaired by government,they had some differences in the book background、compilation purpose、the style、 spread effect and so on.In addition,there are also some differences in the consonants:Hongwu Zhengyun reserved voiced initials,and the devoicing trend more obvious;Fei Fu Confused; Wei、Feng are Independent;Ying、 Y、Yi are confluent;In Some rhyme, Ying、Y、Yi are confluent,but in other,they are independent;In vowels, the biggest difference is:Zhi Qi are opposed; Ma Zhe are opposed;The second larynx tooth words have produed medial; In voice, Hongwu Zhengyun still remain the pattern of ping shang qu ru.The voice of Ping is not differentiation;Turbidity is tend to become the voice of qu;Through the comparative analysis research,we have a conclusion:there is a certain degree of inheritance and development in two book.In the process of compiling,by the pressure and influence of all aspects, Hongwu Zhengyun have take the laetest sound into account ane retain some of the features of the old books.So, Hongwu Zhengyun is the production to move closer to the Mandarin tone.The special phonology of Hongwu Zhengyun is also the special value of its own. In a word, Hongwu Zhengyun plays an important role in the Chinese history of pronunciation,it is the important resources in the history of phonetics.
