As the pioneer of the new intelligence novel,Mai Jia also has made greatachievements in the movie industry,he gained both market and audience’emblazonment.Since the spy war drama Plot was on TV,there are two Mia Jia’s spy moviesand four TV dramas,in which Slightest wind and The Silent War are adapted from Mai Jia’snovels Slightest wind and Plot.In addition,the spy war drama Legend of the wind isadapted from the same novel Slightest Wind.In the spy war drama Plot,The WindWhispers,Walking on the tip,Mai Jia is both the original author and screenwriter appear.This article selects MaiJia spy war film (drama) as the research object, starting fromthe contrast of novel and film,explore different styles of MaiJia spy movies and TV dramasand his novels,as well as film and television adaptations of the works and the maincharacteristics in the inter-literature research way, in order to reveal the truth that howMaiJia succeed.The first chapter clarifies the necessity of academic significance, as well asresearch methods of MaiJia’s war spy thriller (drama).The second chapter cards thedevelopment of world war spy thriller (drama) and Chinese war spy thriller (drama).In1935,the world famous director Alfred Hitchcock suspense movie Thirty-nine Stepsreleased,which laid a foundation for the later art spy film.With the arrival of the East-WestCold War,and the return of the century changes in the world situation, the world war spythriller also will show a different context of age.Looking back at China,New Chinafounded in1949,anti-special film flourished as well.Spy film (drama)’s rheological anddevelopments mirror Chinese society and its change history in seventy years.The thirdchapter starts from MaiJia’s personal experience,long military career and televisionscreenwriter’s experience later make him melt cipher telegramthe with films and TVdramas,melt films and TV dramas with novels,in which lots of chapters are like films,lotsof paragraphs are applied with movie grammar.Even it can be put that the film’s novel stylebrings the success of adapted movies in market.The fourth chapter focuses on the mainfeatures of adaptation from MaiJia’s novel to TV drama.On the basis of remainedkernel,the changes are obvious in terms of plot settings,characterization,and themeexpression.Meanwhile the narrative structure have inherited.The fifth chapter Five is about success of MaiJia’s movies and TV dramas,which analysis MiaJia’s fully-typed work,andmarket demand for the audience to understand and respect the rhythm of psychological andsituational creating an atmosphere, etc., while suggests the fundamental elements ofMaiJia’success of creation.
