Children’s oral narrative is closely related to the reading comprehension, oral narrative development adverse affect children to communicate with people and academic performance in the future, in recent years, children’s oral narrative caused the wide attention of scholars both at home and abroad.The purpose of this study was developing the Second Grade Students Reading Comprehension Test of Oral Narrative, as a screening tool and evaluation of intervention effect. Based on previous studies and scaffolding strategy theory, a set of intervention plan was designed to promot learning difficulties students’oral narrative ability, and to explore its effect of the intervention plan.The Second Grade Students Reading Comprehension Test of Oral Narrative conducted among2358students in Kunshan area to test the reliability and validity of the scale, which was found their indexes were good, was worked out by the study. Then discover the influence factors of their reading comprehension by the test. And select poor reading comprehension children, again through the Pupil Rating Scale Revised-Screening for Learning Disability, this study choosed three intervention object. The results are as follows:(1)The Second Grade Students Reading Comprehension Test of Oral Narrative was constituted by three branch questionnaire, which is proposition combination, the literal understanding and deep understanding of three dimensions, each dimension table and total has good validity and reliability.(2) Second-year students’literal understanding was the strongest, but deep understanding ability was weak.(3) Second-year students with different demographic variables reported significant differences on reading comprehension.(4)There was significant interaction between gender, whether student cadres and educational attitude on reading comprehension of second-year students.(5) Scaffolding strategies of story structure on learning difficulties students’oral narrative has immediate effect, but maintain the effect.
