The function of mood on decision-making has been accepted by the majority of researchers, but most of the early study of emotion was based on titer, which could be divided into positive mood, negative mood, and general mood. Specific emotions, such as the emotional motivations of approaching theory in the rise of theory study in recent years, broadened the research scope of emotions, and enriched the research between emotion and decision-making. However, the role of emotions on crisis decision-making mostly comes from the perspective of theory, especially lack of empirical research to support specific emotions.According to our experimental research, this study used predecessors to define a crisis decision-making quality. In order to determine the indicators for measuring the dependent variable, the individuals in the face of sudden public events towards different motive of positive emotions on the quality of the crisis decision-making were studied tentatively. The single factor experiments (desire, calm, neutral) emotion between the subjects of experimental design, induced by neutral, desire and three different mood calm, asked participants to complete the crisis decision-making task material. Based on the experimental data processing and analysis, we obtained the following conclusions:the reaction time of calm mood groups had obvious shorter than neutral mood subjects, and calm mood subjects under the condition of crisis decision-making in crisis situations, its decision-making process level of confidence of ourselves and satisfaction with the performance are significantly higher than those of desire participants and neutral participants.Join accountability variables in experiment2, as a kind of social situation of individual decision-making factors plays an important role to examine its impact on the quality of crisis decision-making. Experiment2used3(emotional) x2(with and without accountability) between the subjects of experimental design, by asking participants to complete the crisis decision-making task material. Based on the processing and analysis of experimental data, we obtained the following conclusions:(1)The emotion reaction time of crisis decision-making is significant, the reaction time of accountability is significant too, the accountability group’s reaction time is significantly higher than the groups without accountability, and there is a significant interactions within emotion and accountability. Desire, neutral group affected by the accountability more significantly than peace groups affected by the accountability.(2)The emotion in confidence degree and satisfaction degree of the effect is significant, and the satisfaction of calm mood is higher significantly than desire and neutral group subjects; Explain the responsibility of the main effect is not significant; Interpretation of emotion and responsibility is significant, and liability weakened the emotional impact on the quality of crisis decision making.
