Later, it widespreaded as a tune, has single and double two form, it Keeping popular from Tang to Qing. Now there are almost1600works of Nan Ge Zi, and it plays an important role in history of tune. This paper has in-depth comprehensive research on the origin of the tune, music and dance style, subject matter, sound and feeling characteristics, regional features about Nan Ge Zi. This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is tracing the source of Nan Ge Zi. Firstly, we try to research the origin of Nan Ge Zi, its music should come from Nan Ge of Qing Shang music, such as Jiang Nan Nong. Nan Ge Zi should be first used in tang dynasty when wine feast drinking games was hold. Secondly, we try to analyze the source of the name of Nan Ge Zi, which is named by its southern music origins; giving an overview of Nan Ge Zi’s alias, which is commonly used as Nan Ke Zi, Feng Die Ling, Chun Xiao Qu, Bi Chun Meng and Shui Jing Lian, etc. Finally, we attempt to detail the short lyric systems of Nan Ge Zi, with single or double form. Generally speaking, the same tune has different forms, which contain23,26,29,52,53,54,56and57words. These forms usually have flat rhyme, but some also have oblique rhyme The front and back pieces have neat antithesis, and the structure of nine worlds is more complicated.The second chapter study the style and features of music and dance of Nan Ge Zi. From the perspective of music, it with southern folk Features, and possessed different Gong Diao, which shows the diversification of different periods. The musical instrument can be roughly divided into three categories, Tube blowing instrument, Plucked instruments, Percussion. This chapter is also concerned about the style of dance of Nan Ge Zi, Firstly, By analysis Dance notation of Dunhuang relics, we know that the dance of Nan Ge Zi is short but richly varied. secondly, we discuss the style of soft dance and features dance sleeve of Nan Ge Zis dance.The third chapter study the development and evolution of the systems of Nan Ge Zi. At the time of Tang and Five Dynasties, most of the Nan Ge Zi depict GuiYan theme, combining scenery description and life experiences. The context of Nan Ge Zi at the time of song become more and more diversified, break through the barriers of Guiyan, new types of theme such as Journey, Life, Make friends, Section of order, Chanting, Scenery spring up. Among of them Religious themes gained a number of awards, became the characteristics of Nan Ge Zi. the theme of Nan Ge Zi at the Ming dynasty is similar to song dynasty, with the majority of Guiqing, Journey, Life, Make friends, Chanting, Scenery, female poets begin to cut a striking figure, With the background of the reviving of Ci at Qing Dynasty, the context of Nan Ge Zi became more and more rich, up to30different types, the flooded of Titu Ci, with big female poet populations, all the members are writers of real quality.The fourth chapter researches the features of sound and emotions of Nan Ge Zi from the multi-angles. Firstly, from the Gong Diao which the Ci belongs to, there are XianLv Gong, LinZhong Shang, HuangZhong Yu and XiaoShi Diao, different themes have different features. The second part set to study form the aspect of rhythm, such as system and the sentences, the application of Four sound, rhyming features. Lastly, the diction of Nan Ge Zi fall into three overall categories:Fresh and lively, Mild and gentle, Sad melody.The fifth chapter focuses on regionality of words tune of Nan Ge Zi, mainly discusses the regional distribution of authors and the regional features of imagery. On the one hand, the regional distribution of Nan Ge Zi’s authors has same law with history of Ci to a certain extent, on the other hand, The majority of authors are Southerner. The regional features of Nan Ge Zi’s imagery mainly for fresh and beautiful natural imagery and rich and colorful humanities imagery of JiangNan. |
