Content:With the development of China’s economy, the craze for the Chineselanguage appears all over the world. With the rapid heating of learning Chinese, manyChinese learners from Korea choose to learn Chinese language in cram classes or inthe Confucius Institute, the teaching materials of cram classes are various, but most ofwhich lack of pertinence and most are just translated for teaching. Therefore, it’sdifficult to attract learners from Korea regarding to some forms and contents. IfChinese full-blown teaching materials can be recomposed by adding thecharacteristics of Korean learners both in forms and contents and turn intowell-targeted teaching materials suitable for Korean, for sure they can give a real play.This article takes the Lower Elementary of “The New Strategy” and “New stepby step as the research materials, and investigates form and content from these twoteaching materials’ five aspects, which include arrangement, vocabulary, grammar,text, and exercises. It summarizes the similarities and differences between both, seesthrough the appearance to perceive the essence and discovers the deeper meaningthrough the nature of the phenomenon. Through the principal line of teaching materialcomparison and then expanding, some advices are given on Elementary South KoreaChinese Textbooks, hoping to offer help to the Chinese learners in South Korea andmake contributions to the cultural exchange of Sino-Korea.
