The Organizational Communication Functions Of Sericulture Myths And Rituals In Ancient China

Sericulture myths and rituals are the important carrier of traditional culture in our country. This study find out the different types of Sericulture myths and how their stories development and the procedures of rituals, by analyzing them, explore the profound connotation behind them, find out the reasons of the Sericulture myth spreads’, and the contents that implied behind rituals, from the perspective of communication studies to analyze its organizational communication function in traditional agricultural society.This research mainly divided into four parts, the basic contents are as follows:The first part is the Introduction.
