Saying words,Hunger breeds.Diet is the most important material basis for humansurvival and development,it can not only meet the physical needs of people,but alsofor its rich culture,to a certain extent to meet the spiritual needs of people.Chinese hasvast civilization for five thousand years,its superb diet has been renownedworldwide,color,smell and taste of Chinese cuisine is not only to attract people’s tastebuds,but also for its rich cultural charm shook people’s hearts.As an important part ofpeople’s lives,coverage of people’s eating folk begins with getting the originalingredients,extensive radiation to all aspects of people’s lives.Bright food culture andcustoms diet in the long history of the development process of the formation of matterin daily life or in marriage weddings,festivals and other important occasions plays anintegral role,it forcefully expressed people’s material and spiritual life,also makesspecific groups due to the production sharing and mutual recognition of food andconsumer together.The Hongshui village in Wangxia township is located in Changjiang Lihomemade county,Hainan province,who is a pure Li village hiding in the deepmountains,in a rapidly changing modern society,rural and poverty social environmentbecomes inaccessible objective basis for Hongshui village’s Li traditional culturalelements to be retained,more primitive,natural,full of national characteristics eatingthings like have a greater research value.Through diet and eating behavior,we canclearly see the cultural characteristics and interaction of a community,andinterpretation of the locals themselves.In recent years,promote of building a socialistnew rural policy and earnings from rubber,so that the villagers’lives improvedsignificantly,this improvement is especially seen in the diet,Li diet crash largercultural sparks in confrontation between tradition and modernity,evolution andpersistence,choice and construction,make the lives around eating of this long-closednation burgeoned.In such a historical moment of Hongshui village,through extensiveperspective of the food anthropology to focus on Hongshui village,it’s veryappropriate and has profound significance. This paper included three parts:introduction,body and conclusion,in total of sixchapters:Chapter one is introduction,account of the origin of the topic,researchreview,research methods and processes;the second chapter introduce Hongshuivillage’s daily diet on the macro level from the perspective of food anthropology;thethird chapter discusses the Li diet in Hongshui village’s ecological balance of the lawshowed for thousands of years of tradition;chapter four around the Tomb-sweepingDay,Double-Third Festival as well as wedding to present the Li diet in major festivalsand space of ceremonies;the fifth chapter analyzes the theory from the height of thecultural identity of the local diet Li construct,attempts to explore how to furtherconstruction and strengthen the cultural identity of Li diet in the background ofglobalization;the sixth chapter discussed and summarized the whole paper.
