The author of the book Pat Conroy is not popular with Chinese readers.By reading and analyzing the novel, the author selects chapter10containing family conflicts and rich language to translate. In chapter2, the background and the main contents of the original text and its author are described. Chapter3mainly introduces two aspects of compensation theory: existential reasons and classification at home and abroad.
