The Research For Micro-blog Management

The adoption of micro-blog in China brings one more channel for promulgating information. Only by virtue of140words length, people get more space for discoursing and more right to information. The power of micro-blog is misunderestimateable. Nevertheless, the disadvantage of micro-blog is appearing gradually by its unique expression method, ultra free discourse right, and inconceivably rapid information dissemination. For example, uncivilized campaign by "the network navy" and the wantonly spread of false information are main defects for micro-blog application. Therefore, we are enjoying the benefit generated by micro-blog, at the same time, suffering from the disharmonious behavior problems it brings. The problems may become resistance for establishing public credibility and building political democratization.The author is trying to seek an advanced way for administrating micro-blog related behaviors by reviewing previous literatures and formulating innovative methods. First, the resource of micro-blog, which is known as Twitter, is announced in order to understand the generation, operation and propagation of micro-blog. Second, the author analyzes the new network communication platform by "public domain theory", and tries to search a method for micro-blog management by "good governance theory". What’s more, it suggests an interact model that participated by individuals, government and micro-blog space to administrate micro-blog together. In combination with several typical public events arises in "micro-blog era", the important role of micro-blog is highlighted. Recognizing the opportunities and challenges generated by micro-blog in the process of democratization in China, we are trying to seek an effective micro-blog management method to build a stable and harmonious environment. Last but not least, what should be pointed out is that micro-blog management is a tough and gradual process, and it is inevitable to overcome numerous difficulties and obstacles.
