On Building A Contingent Of High-calibers Leading Cadres From Xi Jinping’s Point Of View

This essay is to study the ways of improving leading cadres’ quality based on thespeeches of Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of the Party School of the CPC CentralCommittee. It contains four parts. It is an essential principle that we must combine theory withpractice. Leaders only can enhance the application of knowledge and improve theirability in hard work. Knowing the importance of practice, the writer discusses how topractice and how to work well so as to further enhance their party spirit and ability tobecome the model for the whole party and the whole country.The last part is about concluding remarks.
