With the gradual development of commodity economy, the relationship betweenthe body of market economy is also increasingly closed. In pursuit of scale effect, themutual investment between companies is becoming more and more frequently, and thecross-shareholdings between companies should be born. Cross-ownership betweencompanies is becoming more and more important in the commodity economy, has moreobvious impact on the economic and social. Therefore, it is necessary to study thetheory of the cross shareholding in order to meet the need of economic development forour country.Based on cross-shareholdings case of Gome company,this paper focuses onanalysing Gome cross-ownership case in-depth.
