Han Fei, also known as Han Fei Zi, the late Warring States representativeLegalism, Legalist thinking of the synthesizer. Legalism originated from theSpring and Autumn Period, was formed in the Warring States era, reached itspeak in the Qin Dynasty and declined after the Qin Dynasty.Legalism was onbehalf of the interests of the landlord class, to advocate "the rule of law" as thecore idea of a school. Legalist pioneer the Spring and Autumn Period of GuanZhong, Zi Can, the Warring States Period of Li Ni, Wu Qi, Shang Yang, ShenBuhai, Shen Dao, etc.Legalist ideology of the final establishment was completeby Han Fei, he synthesized and summarized the achievements of the pre-legalist,created a combination of the theoretical system of rule of the "Law""Trickery""Power". He’s thinking provides a theoretical support for Qin Dynasty to unifythe world and impacts far-reaching on future generations. It is of greatsignificance for today’s society to establish rule of law, drawing and absorbingreasonable components of Han Fei thought the rule of law. This will be resolved in three areas representative of the Legalist thought the rule of law, and anemphasis on contemporary ideas conducive to study.The first part is the overview of Han Fei thought the rule of law. Firstly, thecontent involves the introduction of basic Legalism, the Han Fei-bornbackground, academic background and his ideological content of the rule of law.Secondly, the comprehensive treatment of Han Fei’s thought the rule of law.The second part is the impact of Han Fei thought the rule of law ontraditional Chinese legal culture. This section discussed the impact of Han Feilaw rule on Chinese legal culture mainly from the maintenance of monarchicalpower, rather than focusing on the right and the obligation to avoid theformation of culture and other aspects of First Instance of Han Fei. This sectionalso makes a brief assessment of historical limitations of Han Fei thought therule of law.The third part is the contemporary value of legal thought of Han Fei. Firstly,this part is to state the many problems facing in china currently from the HanFei’s perspective on the rule of law. Such as the inequitable distribution of resources, social and moral defeat, selective enforcement, and so on. Secondly,the extraction of Han Fei thought the rule of law is regarded as a usefulreference in the rule of law today, such as corruption, felony only evil andestablishment of a legal authority, and so on.
