In the long history process, the issue of "fairness" in the monograph of Marx and Engels did not be recorded, but the conception of "fairness" has been written in many monographs. In this paper, by reading Marx, Engels and present and contemporary scholars’achievements from inside and outside world, we will analyze the Marxist fairness perspective.The first part discusses the background of this thesis that includes the research thoughts, methods, the innovation points and research scope and contents. Adhere to the idea of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, use the literature search, theoretical analysis, empirical study method, comparative analysis and other methods to research, the fairness conception has been concluded by reading a lot of Marx, Engels, Lenin and other thinkers’classics.The second part discusses the Marxist fairness conception, which includes the Plato, Aristotle, Epicurus from ancient Greece describing between human beings and country,.people and legal and human beings and soul. From the17th century, Grotius, Hobbes, Locke from the rule of law, the inviolability of private property, contract spirit to express the capitalism fairness conception. Until the18th century, the bourgeois thinkers such as Kant, Hegel, Feuerbach being as the German classical philosophy expresses the social fairness problem and understands fairness problem as democratic politics and social contract. However, being the early utopian representative of Moore, Campanella, the fairness conception has the typical equalitarianism color.The third part focuses on the Marxist fairness conception including the formation and development and the main content of the Marxist fairness conception. Human being is the basic consideration of social fairness problem. Fairness being the most abstract description of moral or legal conception and the core problem is the interest relations and the main conclusion of Marxism fairness characteristics.
