Study On The People’s Livelihood Of The Eighth National Representative Congress Of CPC

The problem of people’s livelihood is not only a complex social problem, which relates to people’s survival and development, but also an important political problem, which affects the consolidation of Chinese Communist Party’s ruling foundation and the success of the socialist construction. The Communist Party of China has been very concerned about and paid more attention to the problem of people’s livelihood since the date of its birth, has been unremitting exploration to improve and solve the problem of people’s livelihood especially after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The eighth national representative congress of Chinese Communist Party held in September1956, is the first national representative congress the Communist Party of China convened after becoming the national ruling party, which has given the high degree of concern and attention to the problem of people’s livelihood.
