Constitution as the fundamental law of the country,often left behind at the castlein the air and less likely to be applied to life.Want to narrow the gap between theconstitution and the life,the inevitable need to maintain up to the constitution and therelationship between people’s basic rights.Throughout society,the labor problem isthat modern society is an increasingly frequent problem of labor as people rely on ameans of survival,labor rights need urgent protection.The constitution is thefundamental law of guiding significance,the right to work is closely related withpeople’s basic rights,the protection of labor rights in the constitution related to thesurvival and development of the citizens,but also the constitution to become effectiveway of "life".We should pay attention to the role of constitutional labor rights, andaffirm its guiding position,improve the protection of the constitution for the right towork,virtually eliminating the unfavorable factors of labor rights.The constitutional perspective on the analysis of labor rights,and aims to betterprotect the constitutional implementation of labor rights.First,a comprehensiveunderstanding of the constitution the right to work,should establish the necessarybasis of theoretical analysis,in order to find constitutional labor rights implicit in thehistorical changes in some of the features.Furthermore,analysis of the constitutionalprovisions,the substantive content of constitutional labor rights,to grasp the nature ofthe labor rights of the constitution and the meaning of existence.Constitutional right towork is the core of the labor and social security system,After I integrate a variety ofideas to understand,from both theoretical and practical level point of the proposal,sothat the constitutional labor rights can be effectively protected.
