Study On The Problem Of Enforcement Mechanism Of WTO Decisions

Therefore, it is need to modify and perfect the mechanism reasonable in the background of calling for creating the new international order.As a multilateral trade dispute settlement mechanism, its commitment is to solve the issue of national trade policy measures, but its rights come from the assignment of national sovereignty. Why its drawbacks about reasonable period of time, re-investigating, compensation, and retaliatory measures due to both historical factors and domestic factors.
