This part mainly introduces the research background,research significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods, etc.The second part: combing the basic problems of women’s marriage and familyautonomy. This part summarizes and sorts out marriage and family autonomy’sconnotation, characteristics, scope and principles that should be followed, so as toclarify the basic concepts and issues.The third part: the basic situation of marriage and family in Yangcheng County.In this chapter, firstly a brief introduction of Yangcheng County is presented.Secondly, to analyze all kinds of factors affecting the stability of marriage and family from the macroscopic and overall perspective, lots of questionnaire and personalinterviews are executed to investigate the quality of marriage and family in this area.Lastly, arguing the quality of marriage and family is affected by a variety of factors,among these factors women’s economic status and both sex psychological differencesare the most important factors.The fourth part: the present survey of women’s marriage and family autonomy inYangcheng County. The situation of women’s right to self-determination in marriageand family is investigated from the marriage, duration of marriage and divorce threestages. Arguing the factors affecting autonomy of women in marriage and familymainly include economic income, education level, marital relations, familybackground, geographical features, the legal protection, etc. In addition, women’smarriage and family autonomy is positively related to their comprehensive qualities.The fifth part: the construction of women’s marriage and family autonomy. Inthis chapter, some questions, which affect women’s marriage and family autonomyincluding marital property and cohabitation, are analyzed in multiple directions,multi-angle and deep-level.
