Since 1950, Chinese marriage Law has experienced three times' changes which brought a lot of changes to married life.Based on three times' changes in the Marriage Law from 1950, combined with specific background in various periods and analyzing the interaction between the Marriage Law and marriage and family, this article show feature of every change and social change. According to The Marriage Law in various periods, it chooses important problems of marriage and families to research .The Marriage Law in 1950's which gave the freedom in marriage and the property right to the female began to revolution of the marriage and families. The Marriage Law in 1980's which was based on the factors, such as couple property and birth control to decide whether the couple can divorce brought about dramatic changes in the marriage and families, the implementation of the law had deeply reached every corner. Marriage Law Emendation in the early of 21st century adapt to the development of the marriage and families, which promptly adjusted in couple property, domestic violence and loyal to each other between the couple. Marriage Law Emendation also reflected new conflicts and caused the new problems and contradiction.During the complex interaction, this article analyses three factors in the marriage and families: first the national law has influence on the married families and individual life. The law is an important means, the implementation of the Law changed ideas and behaviors of people, which brings dramatic change in the field of the marriage and families and promotes further adjustment; secondly the modern Law and traditional morality conflict in the marriage and families. Chinese traditional morality focuses on integration of families and social stability, however the modern Law puts emphasis on individual rights. Three times change in the Marriage Law exist conflicts and adjustment between law and morality; thirdly when the law pushes the marriage and families to modernization, Chinese traditional culture has influence on bias on relation between male and female. It tries to analyze the problem in the view of social gender, female in the position of the marriage and families, and the role of the law in pushing female right and development.This article uses former research achievements and consults related information of all previous of Marriage Law Emendations, in order to get to know every Marriage Law's background and significance from the level of the nation. Compared with every change of the marriage and families, related magazines of correspondence period were consulted to know outstanding problems in the marriage and families. The change of The Marriage Law and problems put forward naturally exist some relation, so it considers the relation can properly reflect the interaction between the Marriage Law and the marriage and families.
