In this rticle, informal house as the research object,based on an endemic to China land use controlsystem and social reality,conflict of interests between the various interest groups related to the informalhouse, trying to find the informal house and its conflict of interest laws and social reasons, ways and meansto propose solutions.This article includes an introduction, main body and conclusion of a total of six parts. The first part ofthe introduction, the author through the analysis of the historical background of the informal house, and thecurrent controversial discussion of the law circles for informal house, leads to the basic content of thebelow.The second part is overview of informal house.Introduced related definitions and academiadefined.To specific cases of small property room in Beijing, The status quo of informal house, asked theauthor’s point of view, should be a reasonable guide and regulation.The third part is the informal houselistings hygiene reasons.First,the law unreasonable interpretation of the informal house compared to revealthe existing provisions.Then start from the country’s social structure and economic development,uniqueto China’s land system analysis.The fourth part is the conflict of interests caused by the problem of informalhouse.Analysis of the conflict of interest between the urban and rural areas, the conflict of interest betweenthe conflict of interest between the conflict of interests between the government and the farmers, the ruralcollective and individual farmers, the rural collective buyers, real estate developers, and between the ruralcollectiveconflicts of interest and conflicts of interest between real estate developers and the generalpublic.The fifth part is way to resolve the conflict of interest.The necessity and feasibility of thelegalization,the subject of the clear collective land ownership, rationalization of land use management,strengthen the management and guidance of land transactions to make recommendations.The last part ofthe epilogue, the author presents the final view of the article,Prohibit informal house transactions, not onlyviolates the Constitution, the equality provisions of the land and collective land ownership does notconform to the principle of freedom of the market economic transactions, but not conducive to the healthydevelopment of China’s socio-economic and equitable distribution of resources, so it should be multi-jointaction,given the legal status of informal house.
