The Research Of The Disabled Community Legal Services And Its Optimization Strategies

The research of the disabled community legal services is to maintain theimmediate interests of persons with disabilities and to promote the buildingof a harmonious socialist society the basic guarantee. China’s disabledcommunity legal services in the past few decades has made pretty goodachievements, but has not yet formed a special field, no systematic research.This study attempts to based on2006national disabled person second timessampling survey data, to analyze the monitoring data of2007,2008,2009,2010,2011, the theoretical study of the legal services for persons with disabilities,the empirical analysis and theoretical innovation. The backdrop this study inChina to develop the social work of persons with disabilities, the transitionfrom the status of national disabled population and its legal services to theShanghai Disabled Persons’ demographic characteristics and community legalservices needs, come to the stage of development of community the necessity andurgency of legal services for persons with disabilities. Questionnaire andinterview survey to collect first-hand data, the use of multiple linearregression analysis of social-economic variables to the satisfaction of thelegal services of persons with disabilities. Proposed the construction of the disabled community legal services optimization strategy, design the system,science, with the characteristics of people with disabilities in the communitylegal services in Shanghai development model. Last analysis, validation of theproposed new community of persons with disabilities legal services model hasgood usability and effectiveness by two people with disabilities in the communitylegal services in case of Fengxian District, Shanghai.The purpose of this study is to on the current situation of persons withdisabilities and legal services in Shanghai, analyze which economic variablesaffecting the evaluation of satisfaction with legal services for persons withdisabilities, to put forward proposals and measures to improve the Shanghaipeople with disabilities in the community legal services, to better provide areference for the disabled community service system, improve the social concernsof persons with disabilities, to form a good help residues, disabled sense ofsupporting and helping to speed up the pace of construction of the cause of thedisabled in China.
