The strategy thought of relying on science and education is the important guidingideology of our country’s economic construction and social development. It is theimportant guide to promote the development of science and technology and educationin our country. The strategy thought of relying on science and education developmentsince the reform and opening up has experienced three stages roughly: Deng Xiaopingput forward theoretical basis of the strategy thought of relying on science andeducation; Jiang Zemin rich the strategy thought of relying on science and education;Hu Jintao develop the strategy thought of relying on science and educationdevelopment.
