Research On The Duty Education And The Model Of Relying Training On Military Talents

There are two modes of which educate military talents. One is to educate armymen in district universities. The other is to educate armymen in military colleges. This thesis is the research on the two important modes of educating talented person of our army., and try hard to announce to public the important function and meanings of which transformates our army educational center of gravity .This study has three purposes. The first is to find the distinction between educational style of our army and the developed military countries, and to conclude the necessity of the reform on our military education. The second is to conclude the feasibility and significance of military education relying on common higher education of our nation. Military talents can get basic knowledge in district universities and get professional knowledge in military colleges. The military colleges can focus on duty education. At final the research tries to announce the deficiency of the two educational modes and find the way to resolve them. From the experience of the foreign military colleges, we can build up a new system of developing military talented person. With the international visual field, we can find the developed military nations cultivate the armymen with the help of the district universities beside the military colleges. They experienced the separated process from the military common higher education to military duty education.Since the military conflict is severer than before and the military technology develops rapidly, the military talents become the focus of the battle. So, to find a good way to educate armymen is more important to us now.
